Refund policy

Refunds

Being a small store, we unfortunately do not accept refunds for change of mind purchases. If you have received a faulty item however, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your faulty item in order to receive a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges for change of mind purchases. If you wish to swap a faulty item for a new one (if possible and in stock) please contact us at nickie@kaseyrainbow.com.au to discuss your options.
