Shipping Policy

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Please review and ensure you have entered your address correctly, as we are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.

We are located in and ship from Brisbane, Queensland. 

We offer flat rate domestic delivery of $15 Australia wide and do not currently offer international shipping.

We do not offer local delivery or local pick-up.

As a small business owner, Kasey does her best to pack and post your orders in a timely manner. We aim to process orders within 4-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Postal delivery times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in Brisbane, you’ll get your treasures faster than if you live in Darwin. 

We use Australia Post as our delivery service and they advise 2-8 business days for domestic delivery, however this can change at any time due to staff shortages. We are not responsible for Australian Post delays.
